Other diagnosis?: With proper treatment, fungal infection will not linger for 3.5yrs. If it is indeed fungal, does it clear and return? If so, tests are needed to ensure there is no major underlying reason. If not, i.e. If it has remained there for this period, it might be that your treatment is irregular or some other diagnosis may beresponsible.
