Optimistic: If you have been very consistent with your birth control, this could just be a normal hormonal fluctuation or breakthrough bleed. What i would do is if bleeding get a home pregnancy test. If that's negative that's a bit reassuring. If positive pregnancy or still bleeding would get checked out after that.
