Before not after: Primolut n which is norethisterone 5mg is used by some doctors as birth control however the efficacy of this method seems to be unclear from studies. If you are using Primolut for birth control you should take the pill just prior to intercourse. Talk to your prescribing doctor to confirm this, as it seems there is some confusion.
