Hair loss : I have heard about that side effects. Lower the dose, and if not helping you may ned to stop. Sometimes, adding selenium helps.

Be careful: Yes, infrequent side effect of topamax (topiramate) is a hair loss. However, topamax (topiramate) should be slowly titrated down by 25mg every 3 days and should never be abruptly discontinued. Rec.: see the prescribing physician for medication adjustment.
