Chiari Malformation: Well at least one of the features is present. Low lying cerebellar tonsils are dipping into the foramen magnum which is the big hole at the base of the skull that allows the spinal cord to pass up to the brain. It means no more trampolines, bungee cord jumping or roller coaster rides for you. You don't want the cerebellar tonsils to be forced down further. Look up arnold chiari malformation, .
