Am pregnant and am bleeding just a little not sure if is spotting and my stomach feel very sore is that normal or should i be worry but no cramping?

Depends how far alon: Hello a little bleeding is the definition of spotting. You don't say how far along you are, but any amount of bleeding or spotting, along with very sore abdomen, is a worrisome combination of symptoms. You could have a tubal pregnancy if you are still very early along. If further along could be other issues. All may be fine, but do go get checked right away.
