Worrisome: Hello, these symptoms don't really add up. However, any time you have severe pain, it is best to go to a clinic and get a complete female exam. The symptoms may not be related to each other, but severe pain requires a prompt exam, including bacterial cultures and maybe even an ultrasound picture.
