Cramping: Cramping can sometimes be an indication that something (blood or mucous) is passing through the cervix. When you have cramping pain after intercourse it could be due to the contractions that occur after an orgasm, or general inflammation associated with your menstrual cycle. You may want to try Ibuprofen to help with this cramping and see if makes any better.
