Don't miss a day: Take a pill every day. Start the new pak on the day after the old pak was completed.

Monday: The old pills had packaging that indicated which day of the week a pill was to be taken on, and you couldn't change it. However that doesn't work for everyone. So now, most pills have stickers or ways for you to adapt the pack to show you which day you start the pills on. For your second pack, set the first pill for a monday and you will be right on track!
