UNLIKELY: A missed period (amenorrhea) is usually caused by pregnancy--so this needs to be ruled out first. Other causes incude being underweight (as in heavy duty exercise). Kidney stones are caused by dehydration, excess calcium (too many tums-antacids) etc.. So the 2 problems probably not related.

Not really: Keep menses diary. Normal menses is every 3-5 weeks (9-13 per year), lasting 1-8 days. Is normal variant to skip a period, see doctor if no menses in 2 months. Do home pregnancy test if in doubt.
