Went to gyn, did sono & pap test, pap was normal, but sono showed i have enlarge uterus, 127 cm and ro-small cystic area 1.8 cm & lo cyst 2.3 i am 54 ?

127 cm?: Is it possible that it was 12.7 cm? The uterus can be enlarged from benign conditions such as fibroids and adenomyosis, and at your age, it shouldn't continue to grow much. The ovarian cysts are small, and if you are still having menstrual cycles, they could be normal. I would check the measurements to be sure: 127 mm = 12.7 cm. If it's 12.5 cm then i'd probably repeat sono in 2-3 months.
