Relax it: If you've undertaken dietary restrictions that are taking away from your enjoyment of eating just because somebody told you that "it's good for you", it's time to relax the restrictions. The truth is that food choices have little to do with your staying healthy; exercise, avoiding excess calories, and getting enough micronutrients from a varied and interesting diet is much more important.
