Several options: Opiate addiction is serious. Inpatient or residential detoxification is indicated. Following detoxification there are several options for continued treatment, including substance abuse counseling, longer term inpatient substance abuse treatment, and outpatient medication assisted treatment with Methadone at an approved clinic or Suboxone through an approved physician's office.

Painkillers addict.: You need a few steps to help you withdraw from using the drug(s) as quickly and safely as possible. Withdrawal side effects of painkillers meds can range from relatively minor to severe. The amount of painkiller you need will be calculated, and you may be put on a substitute medication. Rec.: see a therapist, joint a support group, get treatment and seek treatment for other comorbidities.
