X-Ray: An x-ray can determine the answer to both of those questions. You are done growing once the growth plates fuse (especially the ones in the legs and spine), though often an x-ray of the wrist can help see if growth has stopped; however, we wouldn't typically do this unless there was a reason to suspect an abnormality. If you sustained an injury, an x-ray can also see if a growth plate was fractured.
