Exercise & nutrition: Strenuous exercise & clean nutrition helps your body produce testosterone as well as shed fat which is where testosterone is converted into estrogen (female hormone). So do all that you know you should do to get healthy rather than focus on numbers. If you've tried your best & your body isn't responding, then ask your doc for appropriate testing to see if you're low. But don't worry 'bout # now.
