How can i help someone who is having a seizure?

Having A Seizure: Move things away from a person having a seizure to protect them from hitting something. Move the person to a lying position, better to keep the head turned to the side, to protect the airway. If there are any symptoms of airway blockage, gurgling sounds, call 911. Most seizures are not dangerous.
