One day at a time.: Every time you take better care of yourself, you strengthen your will to take better care of yourself. This is what habits and learning are. Start making decisions to take better care of yourself. As you do, it will become easier / more natural to make this choice. It has taken you years to get where your are, realize it will take years to get where you want to be. ChangeTheDirection You'reMoving.
