Depends on cause,but: Stomach 'convulsions' are cramps of spasming of the upper GI tract. Depening upon the cause (gas, diverticulosis, constipation, food poinsoning, lactose intolerance, etc etc.), there are various treatments. Home remedies include chamomile tea, prune juice, apple cider vinegar; OTC agents include GasEx for gas, bismuth preparations for excess acid, & MOM. If those don't work, see your PCP
