A member asked:

Can you tell me how to make my eyeballs shake?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Alan Jackson answered

Shaking eyes: Usually mean a neurological abnormality, as such why do you want to cause your eyes to shake? Some people can do this but there is no need to do it other than to entertain your friends.
