Condom failure: When used properly, condoms are 98% effective. Condoms break if they are too small (lucky you), too old (check expiration date), stored improperly (heat and light must be avoided), or if an oil lubricant or no lubricant is used (use silicone or water based only). Buy fresh condoms in your size with water based lubricant, and you should have no problems. Remember to leave room for the reservoir tip

By brand name!: Condoms made bu major us manufacturing companies ( trojan) should not break. Cheap brands are more likely to break. Obvious risk-pregnancy and disease!
