See your doctor: Most headaches are benign even if present for months. Many people have undiagnosed migraine headaches or temporo-madibular joint disorder which have their own treatments. Many have muscle-related headaches from neck or head. A few have headaches from concerning causes. A good neuro exam performed by your doctor along with your headache history should eleicit the cause(s)
