What to do about hormones, antibiotics and gmos in food and cancer rates?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No proof: While there is no proof that avoiding those things will decrease cancer risk, there is no data to suggest otherwise either. (Basically no great studies because they are so hard to do.) If you are inclined to avoid those things, shopping at a place like Whole Foods takes care of the hormone and antibiotic issue, and most products are clearly labeled as to GMO content.
