Hemoglobin is 6.1 & t.l.c. is 4500, what to do?

Get a workup: You are seriously sick and need to get with a competent physician in your own community if you value your life. If you do not have access to health care, phone the nearest medical school now -- at these places, there's likely to be a clinic for those who may be like you.
