No quick fix: If the prom is coming up, start using topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated and get with your physician now who may add a systemic antibiotic. Then get used to managing your acne long-term. It's not curable, it's not related to lifestyle or hygiene, and you're going to have to work hard to care for yourself until it remits on its own.
