Increase fiber: Try adding a tablespoon or two of psyllium husks every day (Konsyl, Metamucil, etc). Chug it down rapidly, as it will become too thick to drink, otherwise. Follow with another glass of water. Also, 400-500 mg of magnesium every day. You can't OD on magnesium, because it will causse diarrhea when taken in excess. Adjust your dose to where you're having easy BMs every day.
