A member asked:

It hurts when i squeeze my abs together, do i have a hernia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: In the absence of a bulge in your abdominal wall, pain when squeezing your muscles together is likely not a hernia, but sometimes they are not obvious. You should have a physician, preferably a general surgeon examine you to be sure.
