Shot or pill: Most primary care doctors' offices don't stock injectable typhoid vaccine. Depending on where you live, you may have to dial information or search online for a local 'travel clinic.' patients 6 years and older can take an oral typhoid vaccine instead. Your doctor can prescribe it, and your pharmacy can order or dispense it to you.

Vaccines.: See: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/page/find-clinic to locate a travel clinic near you. Have you had diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, measles-mumps-rubella vaccine, Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, polio vaccine, & flu shot. Hepatitis A is also a good idea.
