is pomegranate juice good for 14 month old baby?

No juices: All fruit juices supply unnecessary sugar loads to any child. Eating the fruit is much more preferrable. Water shoud be the preferred beverage, in addition to milk. Eliminating added sugars to a child's diet will help prevent obesity.
