Unlikely an isssue: Lead toxicity comes from inhaling lead dust or fumes and or ingesting it from contaminated dinnerware or paint chips. It is a danger in battery reclamation facilities where the lead blades of the batteries are recycled. Without proper safety wear, these folks got sick and carry the dust home on their clothes, contaminating their family.I can't see a cut having anything to do with it.
