A member asked:

If a child is born completely deaf, how much will he develop?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on type: There are alot of genetic causes and environmental causes of deafness, most will only affect the hearing which can be overcome with proper schooling and teaching, every child is now tested at birth so early intervention gives better outcomes now.
