Way vaccine made.: This refers to how the vaccine is made. The meningococcal conjugate vaccines are made by chemically linking the capsular polysaccharide antigens individually to a protein. The vaccines do not contain live bacteria.Meningococcal conjugate vaccines are believed to give better protection and are more effective in young children than the original polysaccharide vaccine.
