Medicine: Meralgia paresthetica is a type of neuropathy that is mostly in diabetics. usually in diabetics that have not been well controlled . Meds for this include Gabapentin or lyrica (pregabalin). There are specific indications for each of these meds. See your doctor in this regard. Primary issue here is to get you diabetes under the best control The burning sensation location here is not clear in this history.

Usually by avoiding : Tight fitting waist clothing and belts but usually an injection of a steroid and lidocaine with some Marcaine will treat it.
