Pregnancy: Most importantly, let your body heal from the miscarriage. Good nutrition, rest, hydration and stress reduction are key. Give yourself at least 3 healthy cycles (menses) before you start to try again. If you are not under the care of a REI please schedule a consult with one in your area.
