I painted my toes and don't know how far along i am didn't know it could be harmful should i remove the nail polish?

Nail Polish: There have been no reported incidents of any adverse effects on the outcome of a healthy pregnancy due to manicures or pedicures. But fda reports show that chemicals in nail polish can cause rashes, and poisoning if ingested.
