Cyst: This is most likely what is called a "corpus lute un cyst". It arises during the normal process of ovulation, an on occasion can cause pain. It is a problem that your bodiy's mechanisms will solve on their own. It is not cancer. Your cyst is very small and will most likely never require any surgery - but the pain can last as long as 6-8 weeks (hopefully much shorter for you!).
