I never had sinus before and all of an sudden i had sinus for the last year an er doctor said i had sinusitis last year how and why i had cbc normal?

Maybe yes maybe no.: Sinusitis is very difficult to diagnose without xrays. Your doctor may not be sure that you have sinusitis but only suspects. See an ENT specialist if you are having problems and he/she will probably order xrays to make the diagnosis. CBC will only very rarely be abnormal in sinusitis.
