Bacterial vaginosis: Hi! i would strongly encourage you to do a pregnancy test if you have not already. It is possible that you have a bacterial infection of the vagina known as bacterial vaginosis which can be treated with antibiotics. Another possibility is that you are slowly draining blood (spotting) and that can have a very unpleasant odor. Progesterone might start your period for you. Good luck! dr brown.
