Baby oil for rosacea: Unfortunately the redness from rosacea is very difficult to treat. Baby oil is unlikely to do much except clog your pores. I would recommend trying one of the over the counter redness relief lines from clinique or eucerin or a consult with your doctor to try some prescription rosacea medications.
