Unlikely: With multiple pregnancy tests being negative and having had tubal ligation it it very unlikely you can be pregnant.There is a very slim chance that a tubal ligation may fail especially after years of being done. However, you would have a positive preg. Test. There are other hormonal problems that might be causing these symptoms. F/u w/ pcp to get checked for other possible causes.
