Unknown lmp but dating scan measured baby at 63.9 at 12 weeks and 5 days. is 12 weeks and 5 days when i conceived? edd is 8 february.

No: Generally ultrasound dating is using the gestational age, which means it is 12 weeks from your last missed period. Generally date of conception is about 2 weeks less than last period. So about 10 weeks ago.
