Seek care: There are many things that can cause a friable cervix. Infections, abnormal pap smears, cervical polyps, etc. You need to have someone examine your cervix. If your other doctor isn't a gynecologist, i would recommend seeing a gynecologist as they are used to seeing these symptoms and could offer more treatment options.

Possible rx: If bleeding is that bad a gynecologist might recommend cervical cautery or a cone procedure. Suggest you see anther gynecologist to see if either of these procedures is appropriate for you.
