Need workup: You should find a physician in your area to evaluate your situation fully. Open tubes and normal sperm might not be a complete evaluation. There are subtle issues such as ovulation disorders that may result in no pregnancy or miscarriage. Even if ovulation kits are showing ovulation, there can still be abnormalities.
