Yes: Absolutely yes. Although I am unclear as to why you are on antibiotics? Birth control is effective at preventing pregnancy but is not 100% effective. Some contraceptives provide better protection against conception than others. Even when you are on birth control there is still a small risk of becoming pregnant. It always helps for your partner to use an additional barrier such as a condom.

Birth control works : Birth control usually works very well when taken correctly. And there is growing evidence that antibiotics do not cause as much havoc as we used to think. If in doubt do a pregnancy test when appropriate.
