A member asked:

Is lgs really a true ailment or is this just something pharma has made up?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No made up diseases: The idea that some drug company would "make up" a disease just to sell a drug is pretty silly, if you think it through. If the disease is just made up, how are they going to get docs to prescribe the medicine? More to the point, lgs is indeed very real. http://rarediseases.about.com/od/rarediseasesl/a/lennoxgastaut.htm.
