Black spot: Its unclear to me that what is that black spot. If this is under the skin and new, it could be due to bleeding called ecchymosis, bruise or hematoma. Is she on any blood thinners? Does she have any blood disorders? If this is old and chronic , could be due to moles. Before, we want to remove this, we need a diagnosis. Please see a doctor.
