Fire ant/photo?: Without a photo, this sounds like a fire ant bite and will usuaqlly resolve on its own. Do not attempt to sqeeze it open or puncture the white area.

Cyst: Looks like a insect / spider / or tic bite, observe. Try a Hydrocortisone crem for a few days . Otc.
