Vomiting : Many possibilities: it could be related to food poisoning especially if you are having diarrhea. It could also be associated with acid reflux, gastritis, gallstones( especially if you have also abdominal pain., viral syndrome. Eating light and drink plenty of fluids should help. If it is a virus it should resolve in a couple of days if not in 24 hrs. If worse or persistent you should be seen.
