Okay...: What you described is okay and most likely represents so-called pearly penile papules on the corona of penis. Histologically, they're benign angiofibromas so leave them alone with no need for active rx. Of course, without direct inspection, an accurate DX is hard to make; so, if still in doubt, see doc timely. Best...
