Ok i have a smashing headache and i can feel my heartbeat in my head and ear. is tinnitus a symptom of anything fatal? as i can constantly feel it.

Is this new?: If your presentation is brand new and you've never had these symptoms before then, an evaluation by an experienced physician is in your best interest. Otherwise, tinnitus can be part of a migraine headache picture as well as many other non-fatal things such as medication side effects and ear infections. Bottom line is- you should be seen by your doctor.
