No cure...: Fordyce spots affects many men and women with no harm but cosmetc concern. These are merely ectopic sebaceous glands but not related with hair follicles. Generally speacking, i would not recommend active rx as long as being understood as harmless benign conditions, and they will stay with you forever. So, modify your mind and live with them.
